Executive Holders definition

Executive Holders means each of the Executive Holders as identified on the Schedule of Holders, so long as such Holders continue to hold Registrable Securities.
Executive Holders means each of the individuals listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, their replacements and any other Securityholder who is added to Exhibit A by Board with the consent of the Majority Executives.

  • Holdings shall not grant registration rights with -------- respect to any Holdings common stock that are prior in right, or superior, to the registration rights granted to Executive Holders under this Section 10 without the prior written consent of (i) the Executive or (ii) Executive Holders holding a majority (measured by value) of the Executive Stock then held by Executive Holders (including, without limitation, Option Shares obtainable on exercise of vested Options).

  • Management Holders means the holders of units in Management Company.

  • Common Stockholders means holders of shares of Common Stock.

  • Key Holders means the persons named on Schedule B hereto, each person to whom the rights of a Key Holder are assigned pursuant to Subsection 3.1, each person who hereafter becomes a signatory to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 6.9 or 6.17 and any one of them, as the context may require.
