Executive session means all or part of a meeting that is closed or confidential.
Executive Engineer “Superintending Engineer” and “Chief Engineer” used in the contract and the documents attached thereto, shall respectively be taken to include the terms “Deputy Director” “Director” and “Director General” or the holder of the corresponding posts in relation to the work.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
Executive Secretary means the executive secretary of the board.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
DRS shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA Privacy Rule in 45 34 CFR § 164.501.
COO means Chief Operating Officer;
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
AE means any untoward medical occurrence in a Human Subject administered Test Article. An AE does not necessarily have a causal relationship with the Test Article, that is, it can be any unfavorable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom, or disease temporally associated with the use of the Test Article, whether or not it is related to it. See FDA Good Clinical Practice Guideline (International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) E6: “Good Clinical Practice: Consolidated Guidance, 62 Federal Register 25, 691 (1997)).
Modern biotechnology means the application of:
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Odyssey means Odyssey Trust Company.
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
ESC means erosion and sediment control.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
