Pre-Licensed Psychologist means an individual who has obtained a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the Board of Psychology as a registered Psychology Intern or Psychological Assistant, acquiring hours for licensing and waivered in accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code section 575.2. The waiver may not exceed five (5) years.
Statement of Grievance shall name the employee involved, shall state the facts giving rise to the grievance, shall identify by appropriate reference all the provisions of this Master Contract alleged to be violated, shall state the contention of the employee and of the Association with respect to these provisions, and shall indicate the specific relief requested.
Licensed psychologist means a licensed individual, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 6.6 of 8 the California Business and Professions Code, who can provide clinical services to Clients. The license 9 must be current and in force, and has not been suspended or revoked. Also, it is preferred that the 10 individual has at least one (1) year of experience treating children and TAY.
