Exercise Routines definition

Exercise Routines means the Exercise Routines listed in Recital A.

Examples of Exercise Routines in a sentence

  • Division Ex has the exclusive rights to the Pre-choreographed Exercise Routines of Division Ex including BoxaBIKE and RollaFLEX.

  • Upon termination, INSTRUCTOR shall immediately cease and forever desist all use of the Exercise Routine(s) and Intellectual Property and INSTRUCTOR’S completion shall be immediately revoked.

  • If discounts have been applied to Monthly Licensing Fees due to the Licensee conducting both Division Ex Exercise Routines (BoxaBIKE and RollaFLEX) and the Licensee decides that they no longer wish to conduct one of the Exercise Routines, the Licensee will have to forfeit the discount and pay the full price Monthly Licensing Fee for the Exercise Routine that they are continuing with.

  • The Licensee is solely responsible for all claims for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the acts or omissions of the Licensee, its agents, employees or contractors (including the Prospective Division Ex Instructors and qualified Instructors), in connection with the conduct of the Exercise Routines, except where such claims are the result of negligent acts or omissions of Division Ex or its employees, agents and/or contractors.

  • The Correlation between Working Period and Exercise Routines with Musculoskeletal Complaints on Batik Craftsmen.

  • Division Ex may either itself conduct or license others to conduct the Exercise Routines at any Locations and at any time.

  • Changes to the selected Exercise Routines must be varied by completing a variation schedule.

  • If discounts have been applied to Monthly Licensing Fees due to the Licensee conducting the Exercise Routines in multiple Locations and the Licensee decides they do not wish to conduct the Exercise Routines in one or some of the Locations, the Licensee may be required to forfeit the discount or the discount may be varied (this is at the discretion of Division Ex).

  • Machine-readable means an automatic identification technology media, such as bar codes, contact memory buttons, radio frequency identification, or optical memory cards.

  • Disabling Devices means undisclosed Software viruses, time bombs, logic bombs, trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, or other computer instructions, intentional devices or techniques that are designed to threaten, infect, assault, vandalize, defraud, disrupt, damage, disable, maliciously encumber, hack into, incapacitate, infiltrate or slow or shut down a computer system or any component of such computer system, including any such device affecting system security or compromising or disclosing user data in an unauthorized manner.

  • Technique factors means the following conditions of operation:

  • machine-readable format means a file format structured so that software applications can easily identify, recognize and extract specific data, including individual statements of fact, and their internal structure;

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Layout means a conceptual drawing sufficient to provide for the specified stormwater management facilities required at the time of approval.

  • Virus means any thing or device (including any software, code, file or programme) which may: prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect the operation of any computer software, hardware or network, any telecommunications service, equipment or network or any other service or device; prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect access to or the operation of any programme or data, including the reliability of any programme or data (whether by re-arranging, altering or erasing the programme or data in whole or part or otherwise); or adversely affect the user experience, including worms, trojan horses, viruses and other similar things or devices.

  • Deactivation means the retirement or mothballing of a generating unit governed by Tariff, Part V.

  • Assay means a laboratory analysis of Crude Petroleum to include the following: A.P.I. Gravity, Reid vapor pressure, composition, pour point, water and sediment content, sulfur content, viscosity, distillation, hydrogen sulfide, flash/boiling point and other characteristics as may be required by Carrier.

  • Diagnosis means the definition of the nature of the Client's disorder. When formulating the Diagnosis of Client, CONTRACTOR shall use the diagnostic codes and axes as specified in the most current edition of the DSM published by the American Psychiatric Association. DSM diagnoses will be recorded on all IRIS documents, as appropriate.

  • Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Processes “Processing,” “Processed” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on data or sets of data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Activate means to enter the Reward Code on the activation website and select a particular supplier of goods or services to register for a Digital Reward Voucher;

  • Tools or “Tooling” means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.

  • Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;

  • Reactivation means the process whereby an inactive licensee obtains a current license.

  • Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative resource consumption.

  • Devices means any and all devices owned or purchased from time to time by Party A and utilized for the purposes of the provision of the Services.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Output means the exposure rate, dose rate, or a quantity related in a known manner to these rates from a brachytherapy source or a teletherapy, remote afterloader, or gamma stereotactic radiosurgery unit for a specified set of exposure conditions.

  • Activated means the status of any capacity or part of the Cable System in which any Cable Service requiring the use of that capacity or part is available without further installation of system equipment, whether hardware or software.

  • Cell means a single encased electrochemical unit containing one positive and one negative electrode which exhibits a voltage differential across its two terminals.
