If Exhibitors intend to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to set-up and/or dismantle their booth, the Exhibitor must notify Show Management.
It is Exhibitor’s responsibility to provide these regulations to its Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC).
Exhibitor shall not utilize the services of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) unless it has obtained the written consent from Management at least thirty (30) days prior to the Show, which consent may be granted or withheld at the sole discretion of Management.
As a condition to such consent, Exhibitor and EAC may be required to execute Management’s Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Agreement.
Please note that Exhibitor liability insurance is separate from Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) insurance which also needs to be submitted pre-Show.
Exhibitor must request Show Management’s authorization to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the first scheduled installation date for the Show.
In no instance shall Show Management be responsible for the conduct of any Exhibitor- Appointed Contractor or their employees.
Registrations received directly from an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor will not be permitted.
An exhibitor may use the services of an outside independent contractor only for the installation and dismantling of the exhibit provided that they submit an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form to The Expo Group along with a valid Certificate of Insurance.
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is a company or individual other than the official Exposition contractor listed in this Contract.
