Existing Bank Credit Facility definition

Existing Bank Credit Facility means, the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of March 21, 2014, among the Company, Levi Xxxxxxx & Co. (Canada), Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the other agents and lenders from time to time party thereto, as amended as of the Issue Date.

• The Company shall not have changed its jurisdiction of incorporation or been a party to any merger or consolidation and shall not have succeeded to all or any substantial part of the liabilities of any other entity at any time following the date of the most recent financial statements referred to in Schedule 5.5. Existing Bank Credit Facility means the First Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of May 18, 2006, among the Borrower and Levi Sxxxxxx Financial Center Corporation, as borrowers, the financial institutions named therein as lenders and Bank of America, as administrative agent.
