Existing Borrowing Base Properties definition

Existing Borrowing Base Properties means the Individual Properties that are qualified as Borrowing Base Properties under the Existing Facility as of the Closing Date.
Existing Borrowing Base Properties means the Individual Properties that are qualified as Borrowing Base Properties under the Existing Loan Agreement as of the Closing Date.
Existing Borrowing Base Properties means the Borrowing Base Properties under the Existing Credit Agreement immediately prior to the effectiveness hereof, each of which is listed on Part I of Schedule 2.

More Definitions of Existing Borrowing Base Properties

Existing Borrowing Base Properties means the “Borrowing Base Properties” which have met the criteria for, and been identified as, “Borrowing Base Properties” under the Existing Credit Agreement and meeting all of the requirements of Section 5A.04 as of the Effective Date, as set forth on Schedule 1.01(a) hereto.
Existing Borrowing Base Properties means the Individual Properties that are qualified as Borrowing Base Properties under the Existing Facility as of the Closing Date. “Existing Facility” shall mean the term loan credit facility provided to Borrower by various lenders and KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, pursuant to
