Existing Cores definition

Existing Cores means the digital signal processing cores set forth on Exhibit A to this Agreement, including the designs that constitute such cores.

  • Permitted Title Exceptions means those exceptions to title to the Real Property that are satisfactory to the Acquiror as determined pursuant to Section 2.2.
