Existing Intercompany Notes definition

Existing Intercompany Notes means the promissory notes described in Schedule 4.3 evidencing Indebtedness owed by Lux 1 and its Subsidiaries to Holdings and its Subsidiaries, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with Section 6.16.
Existing Intercompany Notes means (a) the $257,877,500 Promissory Note due 2020, resulting from an original $600,000,000 Promissory Note dated 2007 between CGG Holding (U.S.) Inc., as Borrower, and CGG, as Lender due in 2017, as partially repaid in December 2015 for $342,122,500 and as extended as of December 2016; and
Existing Intercompany Notes means (a) the $257,877,500 Promissory Note due 2020, resulting from an original $600,000,000 Promissory Note dated 2007 between CGG Holding (U.S.) Inc., as Borrower, and CGG, as Lender due in 2017, as partially repaid in December 2015 for $342,122,500 and as extended as of December 2016; and(b) the $175,000,000 Promissory Note due 2021, resulting from an original Promissory Note of$500,000,000 dated 2011 between CGG Holding (U.S.) Inc. (previously CGG Veritas Services Holding (U.S.) Inc.), as Borrower, and CGG, as Lender, as amended and restated in 2015 and in 2016, with a partial assignment of $135,000,000 to Veritas Geophysical III on December 17, 2015 and a partial assignment of $190,000,000 to CGG Holding III (UK) Ltd as of January 7, 2016.
