Xxxx Products definition

Xxxx Products shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Xxxx Products means Xxxx Models RS 5, RS 6 and RS 8 telescopic handlers, and Licensed Telehandlers manufactured by Xxxx, as the same may be updated, augmented, modified, improved and/or upgraded from time to time during the term of this Agreement.

Xxxx Products means the Products that contain OCA as the sole API for the treatment of XXXX, in general expected to be the 25mg Products.

Xxxx Products means Xxxx Hair Products and Xxxx Combination Products, each as defined below. “Xxxx Other Product” shall mean any product, system, component or accessory, Sold by Xxxx or Xxxx Affiliates, that (i) is not an Xxxx Product, and (ii) that is marketed as being capable of using or uses or is incorporated into a product or system that uses one or more Xxxx Other Modules. As of the Effective Date, there are no “Xxxx Other Products” for purposes of this Agreement.

Xxxx Products means the Equipment and/or Software sold by Xxxx Video to the Customer that is/are supported by the Plan in accordance with this Agreement.

Xxxx Products means all products sold by the Company or any Affiliate of the Company after the Closing that are either labeled with the name Xxxx (or any other trade name or trademark of the Company) or are based upon formulations included in the Business Assets.

Xxxx Products means Mobil-branded products sold under the Global ExxonMobil Ancillary programme;

Xxxx Products mean Products sold under or marked with all or any portion of the Marks.
