Existing Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7(c).

Existing Inventory means inventory of finished Product (together with any Product packaging materials thereon) owned by AstraZeneca or any of its Affiliates as of Closing that is labeled and held for sale in the Horizon Territory and has not been shipped to a wholesaler or distributor prior to the Closing.
