Examples of Existing Issuers in a sentence
The Pledged Shares of the Existing Issuers have been duly authorized and validly issued and the Pledged Shares of any Existing Issuer that is a corporation organized under the laws of any jurisdiction of the United States are fully paid and nonassessable and the holders thereof are not entitled to any preemptive, first refusal or other similar rights.
Except as noted in Schedule VIII hereto, the Pledged Shares constitute 100% of the issued shares of the Equity Interests of the Existing Issuers as of the date hereof.
