Existing Issuing Banks definition

Existing Issuing Banks means each of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Citibank, N.A., in their respective capacities as issuers of the Existing Letters of Credit.
Existing Issuing Banks has the meaning given to such term in the preamble.

Examples of Existing Issuing Banks in a sentence

  • At any one time during the term of this Agreement, not more than four (4) different Revolving Credit Lenders (including any Closing Date Existing Issuing Banks) shall be allowed to act as an Issuing Bank.
