Existing Issuing Banks definition

Existing Issuing Banks means each of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Citibank, N.A., in their respective capacities as issuers of the Existing Letters of Credit.
Existing Issuing Banks has the meaning given to such term in the preamble.
Existing Issuing Banks means Bank of America, N.A. and Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, and, solely with respect to Letters of Credit outstanding on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., each as an Issuing Bank, and the successor of any of the foregoing in such capacity pursuant to Section 2.18(d) or (e), each in its capacity as an issuer of U.S. Letters of Credit and European Letters of Credit issued by it.

Examples of Existing Issuing Banks in a sentence

  • At any one time during the term of this Agreement, not more than four (4) different Revolving Credit Lenders (including any Closing Date Existing Issuing Banks) shall be allowed to act as an Issuing Bank.

  • Prior to the Closing Date, the Existing Issuing Banks have issued the Existing Letters of Credit which from and after the Closing Date shall constitute Letters of Credit hereunder.

More Definitions of Existing Issuing Banks

Existing Issuing Banks means those financial institutions which have issued the Existing Letters of Credit, as described on Schedule 1.1(a) attached hereto.
