Existing Member definition

Existing Member means any Member who is neither a Retaining Withdrawn Member nor a Deceased Member.
Existing Member means a holder of initial shares.
Existing Member means a member who has been receiving service continuously for at least the last 6 months.

More Definitions of Existing Member

Existing Member means a member on the date immediately before the appointed date;
