Existing minor source definition

Existing minor source means any minor source that has been is- sued an “Authority to Construct” or “Permit to Operate” and that has not been issued an initial minor source permit but is required to have one, or that is determined by the Control Officer to be an exempt sta- tionary source prior to the effective date of this rule.
