Minor Source Permit definition

Minor Source Permit means a single permit that authorizes the construction and operation of a new minor source or the modification and operation of an existing minor source.
Minor Source Permit means an approval or permit issued by the Office of Air Resources for the construction, installation or modification of a stationary source that is neither a major stationary source nor a major modification. Any general permit issued pursuant to the requirements of this regulation shall be considered a minor source permit.
Minor Source Permit means an approval or permit issued by the Division for the construction, installation or modification of a stationary source that is neither a major stationary source nor a major modification.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
