Existing Providers definition

Existing Providers means an owner or operator of a continuing care retirement community established prior to January 1, 1990, which community has one or more residents living there pursuant to residency agreements entered into prior to January 1, 1990.
Existing Providers means the University or any existing providers of (any or all of) the Services (as applicable)
