Residency Agreements definition

Residency Agreements means the agreements entered into in the ordinary course of business with the Facility residents to occupy the Facility.

Residency Agreements means all residency agreements or other occupancy agreements between Seller or its agents and any other person or entity with respect to the Facility.

Residency Agreements means those certain agreements entered into by and between the Residents and the Debtors, including all assisted living residency agreements, life care agreements, skilled nursing residency agreements, memory care agreements, and any additional documents related thereto, including any amendments, supplements, or addendums.

• The Hospital may choose to offer and the Resident Physician may choose to accept a Residency Agreements for additional terms throughout the course of the Resident Physician’s Residency or Fellowship training.

• The Residency Agreements shall be amended to reflect the change in the Residence, the change in the Monthly Service Fee, and any other matters reasonably necessary for the transfer of the Resident to the Residence.

• Messiah Village reserves the right to limit the number of Residency Agreements for any of the Entrance Fee Refund Options.

• The Provider will enter into a Residency Agreement with each Resident and all Residency Agreements will be in compliance with the governing legislation.

• Except as required by Applicable Law, the Borrower will not make any material changes to Residency Agreements (other than increases of the Monthly Service Fees payable under the Residency Agreements).

More Definitions of Residency Agreements

Residency Agreements means those certain written agreements by and between the Debtor and current, former, or prospective residents of the Facility providing the terms and conditions that each independent living unit resident must abide by while residing at Kingswood, the resident’s obligations regarding the payment of entrance fees, the resident’s rights to a refund of such entrance fees, and other monthly charges that may be due to the Debtor during the duration of the resident’s stay at the Facility.

Residency Agreements. All agreements providing for residential occupancy of a Facility. Security Agreements: Collectively, each Security Agreement of even date herewith executed by each Borrower and the Master Tenant granting Lender a first priority security interest in all tangible and intangible personal property with respect to the Facilities, including, without limitation, all accounts receivable and healthcare receivables as security for payment and performance of the Obligations.

Residency Agreements means the agreements between by and between any tenant of a Project who inhabits the Project as his or her permanent residence and the respective Management Company of the Project in which he or she resides, setting forth the terms and conditions of such tenant's occupation of a portion of the Project. The form of Residency Agreement has been agreed upon by the members of the Obligated Group and Ocwen, and it is attached hereto as Exhibit F.
