No Lender shall have any obligation to agree to have any of its Loans and commitments of any Existing Revolving Facility converted into an Extended Revolving Facility pursuant to any Extension Request.
In the event that the aggregate amount of commitments under an Existing Revolving Facility subject to Extension Elections exceeds the amount of commitments under an Extended Revolving Facility requested pursuant to the Extension Request, commitments subject to Extension Elections shall be converted to commitments under an Extended Revolving Facility on a pro rata basis based on the amount of commitments included in each such Extension Election.
