Examples of Existing SKUs in a sentence

  • The Acquirers undertake that at the request of the Approved Licensee the Existing SKUs will be supplied at cost (including transport costs) during a transitional period of up to 12 months from the date the Approved Licensing Agreement(s) comes into effect in order to allow the Approved Licensee to set up its own manufacturing or independent production arrangements.

  • The Vendors undertake to ensure that personal lubricant products are sourced and supplied to enable them to fulfil the undertakings of paragraph 3.1.
