Existing Term Credit Agreement definition

Existing Term Credit Agreement means that certain Term Credit Agreement, dated as of November 3, 2011, among the Borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto, Bank of America, as administrative agent, and the other agents and arrangers from time to time party thereto, as the same may be amended, restated and otherwise modified from time to time.
