Existing vegetation definition

Existing vegetation means trees, bushes, and ground cover that the department intends to maintain and that are at least the same size as similar vegetation that the department would customarily install and maintain or allow to be installed and maintained as part of a roadside management plan, roadside management project, or landscaping project.
