Existing Xxxxxx definition

Existing Xxxxxx means the Xxxxxx entered into by Grantor and described on Exhibit C.

Existing Xxxxxx mean any Xxxxxx affecting the Properties on the Closing Date.

Existing Xxxxxx means all Existing Index Xxxxxx and Existing Other Xxxxxx.
