Exit Facility Collateral definition

Exit Facility Collateral means the aggregate of all of the DIP Collateral and the Prepetition Lenders Secured Claim Collateral.

More Definitions of Exit Facility Collateral

Exit Facility Collateral means all of the current assets (which shall include, without limitation, cash, receivables and inventory) of each Reorganized Debtor (including Reorganized CUK) or as otherwise set forth in the Exit Facility Documents.
