Exit Facility Revolving Lenders definition

Exit Facility Revolving Lenders means the RBL Lenders electing to participate in the Exit Revolving Facility by executing the Restructuring Support Agreement and the Exit Facility Commitment Letter (as defined in the Restructuring Support Agreement) (or, in each case, a joinder thereto, as applicable) and any applicable assignees and participants thereof.
