Expansion Plant Output definition

Expansion Plant Output means all Capacity and associated Energy, Test Energy, and associated Environmental Attributes and Capacity Attributes produced by Seller at an Expansion Plant.
Expansion Plant Output. All capacity, Output, associated Environmental Attributes, Ancillary Services, contributions towards Resource Adequacy or reserve requirements (if any) and any other reliability or power attributes produced by Seller at any Expansion Plant.

Examples of Expansion Plant Output in a sentence

  • If Seller offers to disaggregate the Expansion Plant Output for the purpose of selling the same to multiple independent buyers, Seller shall notify Buyer, in writing, of the terms and conditions of such offers, and Buyer shall again have the right of first refusal consistent with the terms set forth above for each of the lesser amounts being offered to the third parties.

  • Buyer’s refusal, in writing, of the Expansion Plant Output from one Expansion Plant shall not affect Buyer’s right to purchase the Expansion Plant Output from a subsequently developed Expansion Plant under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Upon the sale of such Expansion Plant Output in compliance with this Agreement, Buyer shall have no further rights to be offered or to purchase such Expansion Plant Output.

  • Each time such a determination is made, Seller shall notify Buyer of such determination and shall offer, in writing, to sell the Expansion Plant Output to Buyer.

  • Should any issue arise that is not covered by such documentation, the terms of this Agreement (prior to amendment for the Expansion Plant or Expansion Plant Output) shall apply.

  • If Buyer wishes to accept such offer to purchase all (but not less than all) of the Expansion Plant Output, Buyer shall so notify Seller within ninety (90) calendar days of its receipt of such offer.

  • The offer shall include the price to be paid by Buyer for the Expansion Plant Output, the term, and other principal terms and conditions of the proposed sale.

  • Buyer and Seller shall promptly thereafter enter into good faith negotiation of commercial modifications to this Agreement incorporating such Expansion Plant Output offer.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, Seller shall not sell or provide the Expansion Plant Output to any third party, unless Seller can do so without compromising in any material way its ability to provide the Output or Expansion Plant Output, if any, to Buyer hereunder.

  • Grants can be offered to reinstate missing architectural detailing (for example, decorative ironwork on balconies, canopies and railings, tiling, architectural sculpture and other historic finishes).

Related to Expansion Plant Output

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
