Capacity Attributes definition

Capacity Attributes means any and all current or future defined characteristics, certificates, tag, credits, ancillary service attributes, or accounting constructs, howsoever entitled, other than Resource Adequacy Benefits, attributed to or associated with the electricity generating capability of the Generating Facility.
Capacity Attributes means any current or future defined characteristic, certificate, tag, credit, or ancillary service attribute, whether general in nature or specific as to the location or any other attribute of the Project, intended to value any aspect of the capacity of the Project to produce Energy or ancillary services, including, but not limited to, any accounting construct so that the full Contract Capacity of the Project may be counted toward a Resource Adequacy Requirement or any other measure by the CPUC, the CAISO, the FERC, or any other entity invested with the authority under federal or state Law, to require Buyer to procure, or to procure at Buyer’s expense, Resource Adequacy or other such products.

Examples of Capacity Attributes in a sentence

  • Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller hereby covenants and agrees to transfer all of the Resource Adequacy Benefits and other Capacity Attributes of the Facility to Buyer.

  • Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller grants, pledges, assigns and otherwise commits to Buyer all of the Capacity Attributes from the Facility.

  • Seller shall be permitted to reduce deliveries of Product except Capacity Attributes during any Forced Facility Outage.

  • For each RA Shortfall Month, Seller shall pay to Buyer the RA Deficiency Amount as liquidated damages or provide Replacement RA, in each case, as the sole and exclusive remedy for the Capacity Attributes Seller failed to convey to Buyer.

  • Seller shall be permitted to reduce deliveries of Product except Capacity Attributes as necessary to maintain health and safety pursuant to Section 6.2.

Capacity Attributes means any current or future defined characteristic (including the ability to generate at a given capacity level, provide Ancillary Services, and ramp up or ramp down at a given rate), certificate, tag, credit, flexibility, or dispatchability attribute, whether general in nature or specific as to the location or any other attribute of the Project, intended to value any aspect of the capacity of the Project to produce any and all Product, including any accounting construct so that the maximum amount of Contract Capacity of the Project may be counted toward a Resource Adequacy Requirement or any other measure by the CPUC, the CAISO, the FERC, or any other entity invested with the authority under federal or state Law, to require Buyer to procure, or to procure at Buyer’s expense, Resource Adequacy or other such products.
Capacity Attributes means any current or future defined characteristic, certificate, tag, credit, or ancillary service attribute, whether general in nature or specific as to the location or any other attribute of the Project intended to value any aspect of the capacity of the Project to produce Energy or ancillary services, including but not limited to any accounting construct so that the Contract Capacity of the Project may be counted toward a Resource Adequacy obligation or similar measure in respect to the capacity of the Project to generate Energy by the CPUC, the CAISO, the FERC, or any other entity vested with the authority under federal or state Law, to require Buyer to procure, or to procure at Buyer’s expense, Resource Adequacy or other similar products.]
Capacity Attributes means any current or future defined characteristic, certificate, tag, credit, or accounting construct associated with the amount of power that the Project can generate at a particular moment and that can be purchased and sold under market rules adopted in the region where the Project is located.
Capacity Attributes means attributes of the Shown Unit that may be counted toward Compliance Obligations, including: flexibility, dispatchability, physical location or point of electrical interconnection of the Shown Unit; Unit ability to generate at a given capacity level, provide ancillary services, or ramp up or down at a given rate; any current or future defined characteristics, certificates, tags, credits, or accounting constructs of the Shown Unit, howsoever entitled, identified from time to time by the CAISO or a Governmental Body having jurisdiction over Compliance Obligations.

Capacity Attributes means any current or future defined characteristic, certificate, tag, credit, or ancillary service attribute, whether general in nature or specific as to the location or any other attribute of the Facility, intended to value any aspect of the Contract Capacity of the Facility to produce Energy or ancillary services, including contributions towards Resource Adequacy (including those requirements defined in Section 40 of the CAISO Tariff) or reserve requirements (if any), and any other reliability or power attributes.
