Expected Plan Costs definition

Expected Plan Costs means the subsequent Plan Year quoted fixed costs from the Plan service providers and the stop-loss carrier’s aggregate attachment point times .80.

  • This document shall set Annual Funding increases at a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 14% as determined by the Fund needs to finance the Expected Plan Costs for the forthcoming year; plus or minus the Fund needs to move towards meeting or maintaining the Ideal Fund Balance Target for the forthcoming year.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants. Such costs do not include legal fees.
