Expected Ship Date means, with respect to any of Your Products, either: (a) the end of the shipping availability period (which begins as of the date on which the relevant order is placed by the customer), or (b) the shipping availability date, as applicable, specified by you in the relevant inventory/product data feed for Your Product, which specifies the day you expect to deliver any of your products. or (b) if you do not specify shipping

Related to Expected Ship Date

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.
