Expense Amount definition

Expense Amount. As defined in Section 11.01(b) hereof.

Expense Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(h).

Expense Amount means any amount allocated to the Partnership pursuant to an Expense Allocation Agreement.

• The Borrower fails to deliver the Transaction Expense Amount (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) to the Holder within three (3) business days of the date such amount is due.

Expense Amount means, with respect to the Parent Parties or the Company Parties, as applicable, an amount not to exceed $15,000,000.00, equal to the sum of all documented reasonable out-of-pocket Expenses paid or payable by any of the Parent Parties or the Company Parties, as applicable, in connection with this Agreement, the Mergers or any of the other transactions contemplated hereby.
