Expense Limitation Agreement definition

Expense Limitation Agreement means the Expense Limitation Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Adviser and the Trust on behalf of the Fund, pursuant to which the Adviser has agreed to limit Fund Fees and Expenses until the Maturity Date (excluding any Extraordinary Expenses).

Expense Limitation Agreement means the Expense Limitation Agreement by and between the Company and Investment Manager, as the same may be amended from time to time.
