EXPIRATION OF OPTION definition

EXPIRATION OF OPTION. If not exercised or extended pursuant to the terms hereof, this option shall expire on January 10, 1999 and Optionor shall be released from all obligations hereunder and all of Optionee's rights hereunder, legal or equitable, shall cease and the consideration hereinabove receipted for by Optionor shall be retained by Optionor.

Examples of EXPIRATION OF OPTION in a sentence

  • The Participant must be continuously Affiliated with the Company from the date of this Agreement to the date the Participant exercises the Option except that the sections on RETIREMENT, DISABILITY OR DEATH, CHANGES IN CONTROL and EXPIRATION OF OPTION contain special rules which may permit exercise of the Option after termination of Affiliation.

  • No one may exercise an Option after the later of the periods set forth in the Section EXPIRATION OF OPTION.

  • The remaining provisions of EXPIRATION OF OPTION under the Plan and the Option Agreement are incorporated herein as to Expiration and are applicable to the ANSO.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.
