Facility Limit means, $175,000,000, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the Aggregate Capital at such time.
Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.
Maximum Drawing Amount means at the time in question the sum of the maximum amounts which LC Issuer might then or thereafter be called upon to advance under all Letters of Credit which are then outstanding.
Facility Usage means, at the time in question, the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans and LC Obligations at such time.
Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge of a pollutant during a calendar day. Expressed as units of mass, the daily discharge is cumulative mass discharged over the course of the day. Expressed as a concentration, it is the arithmetic average of all measurements taken that day.
Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.
Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.
Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and
Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments and (b) $25,000,000. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Revolving Commitments.
LC Sublimit means $500,000,000.
Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).
Letter of Credit Availability Period the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the Letter of Credit Maturity Date.
Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.
Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.
Concentration Limit means at any time for any Obligor, the product of (i) such Obligor’s Specified Concentration Percentage, times (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of the Eligible Receivables included in the Receivables Pool at the time of determination.
Letter of Credit Maximum Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Letter of Credit Maximum Amount shall be zero.
Daily bag limit as used in s. NR 19.275, means the maximum number of a turtle species or group of turtle species which may be taken by a person each day.
Letter of Credit Usage means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Letter of Credit Limit means $5,000,000.
Total maximum daily load or "TMDL" means the sum of the individual wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations (LAs) for nonpoint sources, natural background loading and a margin of safety. TMDLs can be expressed in terms of either mass per time, toxicity, or other appropriate measure. The TMDL process provides for point versus nonpoint source trade-offs.
Credit Limit means the total dollar amount of the Account which we approved and which you may borrow against according to the terms of this Agreement.
Percent Local Usage (“PLU”) is a calculation which represents the ratio of the local minutes to the sum of local and intraLATA toll minutes between exchange carriers sent over Local Interconnection Trunks. Directory assistance, BLV/BLVI, 900, and 976 transiting calls from other exchange carriers and switched access calls are not included in the calculation of PLU.
Maximum Credit means, at any time, the lesser of (i) the Revolving Credit Commitments in effect at such time and (ii) the Borrowing Base at such time.
Bag limit means the maximum number of game animals, game
Maximum Commitment means initially the amount specified in item 4 on Schedule A, as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 2.04(a).
