Expo Center definition

Expo Center means the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
Expo Center means a facility intended to have approximately 100,000 plus square feet of hard (e.g., concrete) free-span exposition floor space with high ceilings designed for large- scale public or private trade shows, exhibitions and sporting events, including necessary support and service facilities which may include, but are not limited to, the following: retractable arena style seating, an ice sheet, concessions, storage areas and offices. The Expo Center will replace the existing Brown County Memorial Veterans Arena, Shopko Hall, and Hall of Fame, and will be connected to the Resch Center.

  • Neither Management nor the Expo Center shall be responsible for loss or damage occurring to the exhibit or other property of Exhibitor for any reason or cause whatsoever.

  • Exhibitor shall not drive or permit to be driven any pins, nails, hooks, tacks, or screws in any part of the Expo Center.

  • Exhibitor must arrange in advance for storage of materials at a location other than the Expo Center.

  • The Oregon Convention Center (OCC) and the Portland Expo Center (Expo) attract international, national, and regional visitors to diverse events that contribute to the livability of this region by inducing direct and indirect spending in local businesses and attractions, creating and supporting living wage jobs and generating tax revenues for state and local governments.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.

  • Shoreland means land, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 103F.205, subd. 4, located within 1,000 feet from the normal high water mark of a lake, pond, or flowage and 300 feet of a river or stream or the landward side of floodplain delineated by ordinance on such a river or stream, whichever is greater.

  • Airside means, generally, those areas of an Airport which requires a person to pass through a security checkpoint to access. References to "sterile areas" generally mean Airside areas within terminal buildings. References to "Airfield", "Aircraft Operations Area", "AOA", or "Secured areas" generally mean outdoor Airside areas or areas not accessible to passengers.
