Expo Center definition

Expo Center means the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
Expo Center means a facility intended to have approximately 100,000 plus square feet of hard (e.g., concrete) free-span exposition floor space with high ceilings designed for large- scale public or private trade shows, exhibitions and sporting events, including necessary support and service facilities which may include, but are not limited to, the following: retractable arena style seating, an ice sheet, concessions, storage areas and offices. The Expo Center will replace the existing Brown County Memorial Veterans Arena, Shopko Hall, and Hall of Fame, and will be connected to the Resch Center.

Examples of Expo Center in a sentence

  • Exhibitor agrees to reimburse Management and/or Expo Center for any loss or damage occurring to the premises or equipment rented by Exhibitor.

  • Exhibitor shall immediately vacate the space and remove its display and property from the Expo Center.

  • Neither Management nor the Expo Center shall be responsible for loss or damage occurring to the exhibit or other property of Exhibitor for any reason or cause whatsoever.

  • Exhibitor shall purchase and maintain liability insurance, naming Exhibitor, Management, and the Expo Center as an additional named insured.

  • Exhibitor shall also pay for the cost of repair of any damage cause Exhibitor to the physical facility of the Expo Center and for the cost of repair for the damage or injury caused by Exhibitor.

  • All electrical connections must be made by a representative of Expo Center or an approved Expo Center electrical contractor.

  • Exhibitor must arrange in advance for storage of materials at a location other than the Expo Center.

  • Exhibitor shall not affix to the walls or windows of the Expo Center any advertisements, signs or other printed material.

  • Exhibitor shall not drive or permit to be driven any pins, nails, hooks, tacks, or screws in any part of the Expo Center.

  • No delivery of exhibit materials are allowed at the Expo Center until after A.M., , 20 .

Related to Expo Center

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Tower means any structure built for the sole or primary purpose of supporting any FCC-licensed or authorized antennas and their associated facilities, including structures that are constructed for wireless communications services including, but not limited to, private, broadcast, and public safety services, as well as unlicensed wireless services and fixed wireless services such as microwave backhaul, and the associated site.

  • Park or "parking" when prohibited means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except when standing temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or passengers;

  • Birth center means a facility or institution, which is not an ambulatory surgical center or a hospital or in a hospital, in which births are planned to occur following a normal, uncomplicated, low-risk pregnancy.
