Export Project definition

Export Project or “Export Projects” means, singularly, the specific export development project and, collectively, the specific export development projects to be carried out by an Exporting Enterprise under the Project utilizing the proceeds of a Subloan/Subloans (as hereinafter defined), Working Capital Loans (as hereinafter defined), or the proceeds of a loan that is the subject of a Guarantee (as hereinafter defined), for the export of goods and/or services from the territory of the Borrower;
Export Project means a specific business or development project to be carried out by an Exporting Enterprise (as hereinafter defined) utilizing the proceeds of a Matching Grant;

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Export and Import Laws means the Arms Export Control Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, the Export Administration Regulations, and all other laws and regulations of the United States government regulating the provision of services to non-U.S. parties or the export and import of articles or information from and to the United States of America, and all similar laws and regulations of any foreign government regulating the provision of services to parties not of the foreign country or the export and import of articles and information from and to the foreign country to parties not of the foreign country.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Mature marijuana plant means a marijuana plant that is not an immature marijuana plant.

  • Export Transactions Net Activity means the aggregate net total, resulting from Export Transactions, of (i) Spot Market Energy charges, (ii) Transmission Congestion Charges, and (iii) Transmission Loss Charges, calculated as set forth in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix. Export Transactions Net Activity may be positive or negative.

  • Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.

  • Environmental Attribute means an aspect, claim, characteristic or benefit associated with the generation of a quantity of electricity by a Renewable Energy Facility, other than the electric energy produced, and that is capable of being measured, verified or calculated. An Environmental Attribute may include one or more of the following identified with a particular megawatt hour of generation by a Renewable Energy Facility designated prior to Delivery: the Renewable Energy Facility’s use of a particular Renewable Energy Source, avoided NOX, SO X, CO2 or greenhouse gas emissions, avoided water use (but not water rights or other rights or credits obtained pursuant to requirements of Applicable Law in order to site and develop the Renewable Energy Facility itself) or as otherwise defined under an Applicable Program, or as agreed by the Parties. Environmental Attributes do not include production tax credits or other direct third-party subsidies for generation of electricity by any specified Renewable Energy Facility.

  • Transportation project or "project" means any or the

  • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Export Compliance You acknowledge that Licensor’s products and/or technology are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (the “EAR”) and You agree to comply with the EAR. You will not export or re-export Licensor’s products, directly or indirectly, to: (1) any countries that are subject to US export restrictions; (2) any end user who You know or have reason to know will utilize Licensor’s products in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or rocket systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, or unmanned air vehicle systems; or (3) any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the US export transactions by any federal agency of the US government. By downloading or using the Software, You are agreeing to the foregoing and You are representing and warranting that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, You are responsible for complying with any local laws in Your jurisdiction which may impact Your right to import, export or use Licensor’s products. Upon request, Licensor's International Trade Services Department can provide information regarding applicable export restrictions for Licensor products. Licensor assumes no responsibility for Your failure to obtain any necessary export approvals.

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

  • Sanctions and Export Control Laws means any applicable Law related to (a) import and export controls, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, (b) economic sanctions, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of State, the European Union, any European Union Member State, the United Nations, and Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom or (c) anti-boycott measures.

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Marijuana concentrate means any type of marijuana product consisting wholly or in part of

  • Immature marijuana plant means a marijuana plant that is not flowering.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other similar interests that constitute a burden on, and are measured by or are payable out of, the production of Hydrocarbons or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof (including any amounts payable to publicly traded royalty trusts), but excluding Taxes and assessments of Governmental Entities.
