Exporting Enterprise definition

Exporting Enterprise means an enterprise selected in accordance with Section 2.07 of the Project Agreement for Export Performance Insurance, Credit Insurance, or as a beneficiary of a Working Capital Loan (as hereinafter defined) or a Guarantee (as hereinafter defined) under the Project, and “Exporting Enterprises” means, collectively, all said enterprises;
Exporting Enterprise means an enterprise, individual entrepreneur, merchant, public purpose serving company or organization which is engaged in production activities for export;
Exporting Enterprise means an enterprise which is engaged in export trade activities "Matching Grant Subproject" means a specific activity financed or proposed to be financed through a Matching Grant made under Part B.3 of the Project.

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.
