Extended shared parenting definition

Extended shared parenting means an arrangement under which each parent keeps a child or children overnight for more than thirty-five percent of the year and under which both parents contribute to the expenses of the child or children in addition to the payment of child support shared custody and shared physical custody as defined in §48-1-239a and §48-1-241 of this code to assure a child has frequent and continued contact with both parents. Shared parenting shall consist of a child having periods of residing overnight with, and being under the supervision of, each parent.
Extended shared parenting means an arrangement under which each parent keeps a child or children overnight for more than 35 percent of the year and under which both parents contribute to the expenses of the child or children in addition to the payment of child support.
Extended shared parenting means an arrangement under which each parent keeps a child or children overnight for more than 35 percent of the year, with a presumption in favor of co-equal joint custody and equally divided parenting time, and under which both parents contribute to the expenses of the child or children in addition to the payment of child support: Provided, That physical custody shall be shared by the parents in such a way as to assure a child frequent and continued contact with both parents.

  • shared parental leave means leave under section 75E or 75G of the Employment Rights Act 1996;

  • Intended parent means an individual who entered into a gestational agreement providing that the individual will be the parent of a child born to a woman by means of assisted reproduction, including an individual who has a genetic relationship with the child.

  • Permitted Parent means (a) any Parent Entity that at the time it became a Parent Entity was a Permitted Holder pursuant to clauses (1), (2) and (3) of the definition thereof; provided that such Parent Entity was not formed in connection with, or in contemplation of, a transaction (other than the Transactions) that would otherwise constitute a Change in Control and (b) Holdings, so long as it is controlled by one or more Persons that are Permitted Holders pursuant to clause (1), (2), (3) or (4) of the definition thereof.

  • Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.

  • Parent Parties means Parent and Merger Sub.

  • In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:

  • Birth parent means the child's biological parent and, for purposes of adoptive placement, means

  • Parent means a "parent corporation," whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Single Family Shared-Loss Loan means a single family one-to-four owner- occupied residential mortgage loan, excluding Home Equity Loans, that is secured by a mortgage on a one-to four family residence or stock of a cooperative housing association.

  • New Shared-Loss Loans means loans that would otherwise be subject to loss sharing under this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement that were originated after the Bid Valuation Date and before Bank Closing.

  • Ambulatory surgical facility means a facility that:

  • Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.

  • Single Family Shared-Loss Loans means the single family one-to-four residential mortgage loans (whether owned by the Assuming Bank or any Subsidiary) identified on Schedule 4.15A of the Purchase and Assumption Agreement.

  • Commitment Parties means the “Commitment Parties” as defined in the Commitment Letter.

  • Companion Loan Holder Representative With respect to each Serviced Companion Loan, any representative appointed by the related Companion Loan Holder.

  • Reorganized Parent means, Core Scientific, Inc., a Delaware corporation, on and after the Effective Date.

  • Pre-Closing Reorganization has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Subrecipient Parent DUNS Number means the subrecipient parent organization’s 9-digit Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number that appears in the subrecipient’s System for Award Management (SAM) profile, if applicable.

  • Stockholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Incremental Facility Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(d).

  • Debt Financing has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.

  • Increased Facility Closing Date any Business Day designated as such in an Increased Facility Activation Notice.

  • Pre-Closing Restructuring has the meaning specified in Section 6.14(a).

  • Term SOFR means, for the applicable Corresponding Tenor as of the applicable Reference Time, the forward-looking term rate based on SOFR that has been selected or recommended by the Relevant Governmental Body.

  • Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement means the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement attached to the Purchase and Assumption Agreement as Exhibit 4.15B.

  • Holder Representative has the meaning specified in Section 11.1.
