Extended Subscription Period definition

Extended Subscription Period means additional subscription period of the SmartMap API Services as specified in the Specific Service Order which shall be renewed automatically upon submission of notice of extension of service renewal and/or payment of fee (in advance) from Customer to Service Provider upon expiry of the initial Subscription Period or exhaustion of allocated credits, or unless earlier terminated by either party hereto in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Extended Subscription Period means an automatic extension period on a year to year basis after the expiry of the Subscription Period of the relevant Services;
Extended Subscription Period has the meaning given to it in clause 3.4;

  • As used herein, the terms "Initial Closing", "Subsequent Closings" and "Extended Subscription Period" shall have the meanings fairly ascribed to them in the Prospectus.

  • Upon expiry of the Subscription Period or exhaustion of the allocated credits, the SmartMap Data Service under this Agreement will be renewed on a yearly basis for the Extended Subscription Period, subject to submission of the notice of extension of services by the Customer and acceptance by the Service Provider unless it is earlier terminated by either party hereto in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Subject first to the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period, the Customer may terminate the relevant Services during the remaining part of the Subscription Period or the Extended Subscription Period by giving a ninety (90) Days’ notice in writing to the Service Provider and the Customer shall not be liable to pay liquidated damages to the Service Provider for such termination save and except for the relevant Services rendered to it by the Service Provider up to and including the date of termination.

  • The subscriptions made under this section 9 cannot be terminated before expiry of the Extended Subscription Period or Sales Promotion Period and the customer explicitly and unequivocally waives the application of articles 2125 and following of the Civil Code of Québec.

  • Subscription Period means the duration of Customer’s authorized use of the Subscription Services as designated in the Order.
