Extension Notice Date definition

Extension Notice Date as defined in Section 2.1(e).

Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

Extension Notice Date means the date of receipt by the Company of the Extension Notice, or if such date is not a trading day, the last trading day immediately prior to such date.

Examples of Extension Notice Date in a sentence

• The Maturity Date Extension shall be effective on the Maturity Extension Notice Date and, as of such date, the term “Maturity Date” herein shall mean the New Maturity Date.

• Each of the Lenders shall within thirty (30) days from the Extension Notice Date (the “Consent Date”) provide written notice to the Administrative Agent of each such Lender’s agreement to extend (any such Lender, a “Consenting Lender”) or not to so extend (any such Lender, a “Non-Consenting Lender”) the then existing Maturity Date.

• Each Lender that notifies the Administrative Agent that it is not extending the Commitment Termination Date for its Commitment, and any Lender that does not respond to the Administrative Agent regarding an extension request on or before the Lender Extension Notice Date, shall be deemed to be a “Nonconsenting Lender”.

• If any Lender shall not so notify the Administrative Agent by the Lender Extension Notice Date, such Lender shall be deemed to be a Nonconsenting Lender.

• The Company may only effect a Maturity Date Extension if, unless waived in writing by the Holder, all of the Equity Conditions are satisfied on the ten (10) Trading Days prior to the Maturity Extension Notice Date through and including July 12, 20231 (such period, the “Equity Conditions Period”).

More Definitions of Extension Notice Date

Extension Notice Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.04.

Extension Notice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3, below.
