External Content has the meaning set out in Section 1.4;
External Content means information We obtain from publicly available sources or third party content providers and make available to You through the Services.

  • Use of External Content is subject to your acceptance of the applicable third party terms of use and you acknowledge and agree that any contractual relationship related to External Content is solely between you and the provider of such External Content.

  • It is Customer`s responsibility to assess the accuracy of using such Third Party Software and ABB makes no warranties or representations and ABB has no obligation, responsibility or liability for External Content and Customer`s use of External Content to the extent permitted by law.

  • ABB does not operate or control any third party web- sites, app stores or any other material, information, software, services, opinions or other con- tent provided by third parties, including on the internet (collectively, "External Content").

Related to External Content

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.
