External Laboratories definition

External Laboratories means any Third Party instructed by Lonza, with Customer’s prior consent, which is to conduct activities required to complete the Services.
External Laboratories means any Third Party instructed by Lonza, only with Omeros’ advance written consent, to conduct activities required to complete the Services, including but not limited to, third parties that synthesise DNA or perform tests on the Cell Line, Product or materials derived therefrom.
External Laboratories means any Third Party analytical service provider contracted directly by Customer.

  • Notwithstanding the confidentiality provisions in this Clause 13 as they may relate to the use of Services Data: The Parties agree that all Services Data may be collected, aggregated, hosted, mined or otherwise stored and maintained by Lonza and its Affiliates, contractors and External Laboratories.

More Definitions of External Laboratories

External Laboratories means any Third Party instructed by Lonza to undertake any Services which Lonza is not able to undertake itself as it does not form part of its business offering, Customer having been notified of the same as part of the Services proposal and having provided prior written consent to such Third Party and its designation as an External Laboratory.
