Cell Line definition

Cell Line means a mammalian cell line that is developed using the Selexis Technology.

Cell Line means the cell line, particulars of which are set out in Schedule 1.

Cell Line means the cell line that has been developed to produce a Product.

WuXi Biologics shall notify Licensee in writing within [***] following the date on which WuXi Biologics completes transfection of the Host Cell Line to generate the Licensed Cell Line.

Cell Line means the *** cell line created by the Customer expressing Product.
