Extra strength wastewater definition

Extra strength wastewater means wastewater having a suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand, or biochemical oxygen demand more than that found in normal waste but otherwise acceptable for discharge to the POTW in accordance with the requirements of these regulations.
Extra strength wastewater means Wastewater Released to a sewer that is higher in concentration for one or more constituent concentrations than those set out in Table 6 in these Regulations;
Extra strength wastewater means wastewater that exceeds the provisions of this By-law.

Extra strength wastewater means any wastewater that has any characteristic or combination of characteristics exceeding the characteristics of normal domestic wastewater and that require effort or expenditure over and above that required for treatment of normal domestic wastewater.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
