Extraction Well definition

Extraction Well means any well used to extract water for treatment, dewatering or other processes but not to include domestic or agricultural uses.
Extraction Well means a well used to extract contaminated fluids from the subsurface for the purpose of conducting an environmental remediation.

  • Extraction means a process by which cannabinoids are separated from cannabis plant material through chemical or physical means.

The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.
