Extreme Event definition

Extreme Event means a rainfall event, which exceeds the Design Storm Event up-to and including the 100-year frequency resulting in surcharge of the underground storm sewer system and overland sheet flow.

Extreme Event means any event which occurs and which is beyond Firma’s reasonable control including, without limitation, off-market pricing, natural disasters, extremes of weather, unavailability of currency due to high market volatility, technology failure and market collapse.
