F Grade definition

F Grade means FINAL GRADE.

Examples of F Grade in a sentence

  • A student obtaining F Grade in any Subject shall be considered ‘failed’ and will be required to reappear as ‘Supplementary Candidate’ in the End Semester Examination (SEE), as and when offered.

  • For Calculations listed in Item 11.5– 11.8, performance in failed Courses (securing F Grade) will also be taken into account, and the Credits of such Courses will also be included in the multiplications and summations.

  • If a candidate secures F Grade for any one of the courses offered in a Semester/Programme only F grade will be awarded for that Semester/Programme until he/she improves this to E grade or above within the permitted period.

Related to F Grade

  • Pay grade means the monthly salary applicable to class titles of service personnel;

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

  • Highest adjacent grade means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface prior to construction next to the proposed walls of a structure.

  • Passing grade means work of such character that credit would be entered on the records were the semester to close at that time.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Existing grade means the grade prior to grading.

  • Investment Grade Rating means a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Xxxxx’x and BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, or an equivalent rating by any other Rating Agency.

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • Debt Rating has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”

  • Rating means the operating limits as specified by the component manufacturer.
