  • Upon Buyer’s request, Seller agrees to furnish to Buyer or directly to Buyer’s customer, any certificate required to be furnished under these General Terms and Conditions including the clauses set forth in Section 2 (FAR, DFARS, and NFS Clauses) and Section 3 (FAA AMS Clauses).
