FAA APPLICATION FOR AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION definition

FAA APPLICATION FOR AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION means an application for registration of the Aircraft in the name of the Borrower on AC Form 8050-1 or such other form approved by the FAA.
FAA APPLICATION FOR AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION with respect to any Aircraft, an application for registration of such Aircraft on AC Form 8050-1 or such other form approved by the FAA.

  • certificate of registration means registration with the CPSBC that allows the Participant to practice medicine in British Columbia, other than the certificate of registration which allowed the Participant to enrol in Postgraduate Medical Education;

General Exclusions - Applicable to All Insuring Clauses2. This bond does not directly or indirectly cover:a. loss not reported to the COMPANY in writing within sixty (60) days after termination of this Bond as an entirety;b. loss due to riot or civil commotion outside the United States of America and Canada, or any loss due to military, naval or usurped power, war or insurrection.   • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.
