FAA Bill of Sale definition

FAA Bill of Sale means an FAA Aeronautical Center Form 8050-2 Aircraft Bill of Sale in a form recordable by the FAA.

FAA Bill of Sale means an AC Form 8050-2 Bill of Sale for the Aircraft from Trustor to Owner Trustee.

FAA Bill of Sale means, for an Aircraft, a bill of sale for such Aircraft on AC Form 8050-2 (or such other form as may be approved by the FAA) delivered to Owner by the transferor of such Aircraft to Owner.
