FAA Slot definition

FAA Slot means, at any time of determination, in the case of airports in the United States at which landing or take-off operations are restricted, the right and operational authority to conduct a landing or take-off operation at a specific time or during a specific time period at such airport, including, without limitation, slots, arrival authorizations and operating authorizations, whether pursuant to FAA or DOT regulations or orders pursuant to Title 14, Title 49 or other federal statutes or regulations now or hereinafter in effect.
FAA Slot means all “slots” as defined in 14 CFR § 93.213(a)(2), as that section may be amended or re-codified from time to time, or, in the case of slots at New York LaGuardia Airport, as defined in the Final Order, Operating Limitations at New York LaGuardia Airport, 71 Fed. Reg. 77,854 (December 27, 2006), as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, and in any subsequent order issued by the FAA related to New York LaGuardia Airport, as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, or, in the case of slots at Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, as defined in the Operating Limitations at Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, Order Limiting Scheduled Operations at Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, 73 Fed. Reg. 3510 (January 18, 2008), as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, and in any subsequent order issued by the FAA related to Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx International Airport, as such order may be amended or re-codified from time to time, in each case of the Borrower and, if applicable, any Subsidiary of the Borrower, now held or hereafter acquired (other than “slots” which have been permanently allocated to another air carrier and in which the Borrower and, if applicable, any Subsidiary of the Borrower holds temporary use rights).
FAA Slot means, in the case of airports in the United States, at any time, the right and operational authority to conduct one Instrument Flight Rule (as defined in Title 14) scheduled landing or take-off operation at a specific time or during a specific time period at any airport at which landings or take-offs are restricted, including, without limitation, slots, arrival and operating authorizations, whether pursuant to FAA or DOT regulations or orders pursuant to Title 14, Title 49 or other federal statutes now or hereinafter in effect.

  • The Borrower has not received any written notice from the FAA, other applicable U.S. Governmental Authorities or U.S. Airport Authorities, and is not otherwise aware of any other event or circumstance, that would be reasonably likely to impair in any material respect its right to hold and operate any Primary FAA Slot, except for any such impairment that, either individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to have a Collateral Material Adverse Effect.

FAA Slot means, at any time, all of the rights and operational authority of any Pledgor, now held or hereafter acquired, to conduct one Instrument Flight Rule (as defined under the FAA regulations) landing or takeoff operation during a specific hour or half-hour period at any slot-constrained or high density traffic airport in the United States (other than JFK) pursuant to FAA regulations, including Title 14.
